Our holiday apartments are idyllically situated in the middle of apple orchards and offer a spacious courtyard with barbecue facilities. For our younger guests there is a children’s playground and many other amenities that are available to you free of charge.

On request, we offer a pick-up service for a stress-free journey.
Our bread service delivers freshly baked goods to you in the morning.
A laundry room with washing machine is at your disposal.
Free WLAN is available in all apartments.
Pets are welcome by arrangement and should feel at home.

Our Montani apartment offers a cozy feel-good atmosphere for 2-4 people on 30 m². The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living area with pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.
On the sun terrace you can enjoy relaxing hours with a view of nature. The apartment is allergy-friendly and equipped with satellite TV – ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Easter to All Saints’ Day: 66,00 Euro/day/2 pers.
*plus local tax of 3,00 Euro/day/person (from 14 years)
- 3rd person pays 12,00 Euro
- Dogs 6,00 Euro/day
- Children up to 1-4 years free of charge
- Children 4-18 years 10,00 Euro
- Single person 48,00 Euro/day
Final cleaning included
Opening hours: We rent from Easter to All Saints’ Day.
Winter opening hours: Christmas to mid-January, otherwise on request.
*Minimum stay 3 nights! Short stay + 10,00 Euro
Cancellation policy
- We ask for your understanding that we will retain the deposit, which amounts to 30% of the booked stay
and is required from our side to confirm the stay in the case of a
booking,
for cancellations at short notice (from 21
days before arrival). - In the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge
100% of the booked length of stay.

The Annaberg holiday apartment offers a cozy 30 m² home for 2-4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living area with wooden flooring, a practical kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.
You can spend relaxing hours on the sunny terrace while enjoying the surrounding nature to the full. The allergy-friendly apartment is equipped with satellite TV and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay.
